New Document dialog doesn’t have any fields or presets
When I try to create new project I don't see any options, or templates to begin with.

在新增頁面的地方沒有可以設定紙張大小的地方請幫我修復，其他台都有只有這個沒有

Jakub, please try this:
1. In Preferences > General try to enable 'Use legacy "File New" interface' option — this should work as a temporary workaround
2. In the same place try to click Reset Preferences to see if the problem with the modern New Document happens dew some Prefs corruption
