Lawrence, in your CCD open Apps, and in the right Installed Apps column find the Illustrator version you need, hover and click 'More actions' (...) button. Choose 'Get add-ons', and then add the 'Mockup feature components'. Usually it should happen automatically when you try to create a mockup the first time, but something went wrong... Please comment back, no matter if it helps or not.
