Text size and kerning keyboard shortcuts still do not work.
Mac Studio - macOS Sequoia 15.6.1
Adobe Illustrator 2026 ver. 30
Point/Font size and kerning keyboard shortcuts still don't work. I attempt the key commands and nothing happens, even though the shortcuts are still in the defaults (see attached). Help?!

It seems like the Size/Leading, Tracking, Baseline Shift values in Preferences > Type got changed... If it is the issue — please upvote it still and leave a comment. It’s not clear yet why it happens.

Changing the values did the trick. THANK YOU for pointing me in the right direction! :)

In Preferences > Type — what do you have as top three values: Seize/Leading, Tracking, Baseline Shift?
Having these set to 0 (or rather to the smallest allowed value), due to the Prefs corruption bug, was the reason for this behavior previously, reported here: http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447/suggestions/50353824 -

I don't think so. I have folders for Wacom 6D brushes in AI 25 and AI 26 (attached), but nothing in Applications.
The key commands stopped working after I installed AI 26 version 30. Now it doesn't work in any version. I still use AI 25 to convert die lines to ards using an Esko plugin.

By any chance — do you have the Wacom driver installed? There was a report recently that it has problems when installed at Sequoia, suddenly with text...
Was it working for you better in the previous Ai builds?
