Inconsistent strokes.

My system:
Windows 11, Version 25H2
Old tablet: Artist 12 Pro (XP-Pen)
New tablet: XP-Pen Deco Pro MW
I tried all available Illustrator versions (I will explain later).
I am getting very weird and inconsistent strokes when drawing with a tablet and the Blob Brush Tool (please see screenshot and video attached EDIT: video too big pls see the article from the other forum, the video is posted there).
I did a ton of troubleshooting (new drivers, new installations, new Windows installation, new tablet, different settings in Illustrator, the tablet, the graphics card, etc.). I also worked on a different PC - same problem.
Then I tried different Illustrator versions and noticed that the problem appears in version 29.3 and newer.
In 29.1 and 29.2 the paths look fine. (I am working with 29.2 at the moment as 29.1 had a bugged Smooth Tool.)
My theory:
Since this only appears with the Blob Brush, I think Illustrator somehow messes up the outer strokes of the Blob Brush. (Maybe this is even related to the bugged Smooth Tool in 29.1?) But I can't find any settings that affect the shape the Blob Brush creates.
