Turntable access bug
Turntable previously worked for me, and has now stopped allowing me access with an upgrade message.
I have confirmed with support my subscription level should include turntable and I have full generative credits left for this month (although they did try to blame that and I had to wait for credits to renew before proving it wasn't the issue).
Yet clicking turntable from illustrator results in the error message:
"Upgrade to generate
You don't have enough standard feature credits or need premium feature access for this generative action.
Upgrade your Firefly plan now to continue after in-app payment
Cancel
* Upgrade"
I am using illustrator 2026 version 30.5.1 on Mac Studio M1 Max running Tahoe 26.5.1 in Australia with Creative Cloud All Apps subscription.
