Unusual GPU clock usage
after the recent update, i am experiencing an unusual bug with the Nvidia control panel.
its setting the power management to maximum no matter how i tried to change it to normal state.
its overiding the nvidia command

GPU clocks go crazy when i turn on the illustrator. Power stays at 80-85 W and that's idle without any files open. Turning off GPU acceleration in illustrator doesn't change anything. I tried with different drivers, different settings, fps lock etc and nothing helps. It makes my GPU to heat up pretty quickly even tho i don't do anything in the software at all.
