Fonts not "resolving"

The fonts do not resolve, get picked up and installed, or re-installed on resolve missing fonts. I have to "resolve" them several times or delete and then reinstall. The whole process takes quite awhile. I wish the fonts would not go away, although "Anton" said it was still installed on my web font profile and my CC app.

Please tell more. What fonts are these? How does it look? Can you please record a small video for the team to show how it behaves?
