After hours of work, several artworks after saving, when re opened where re worked by the program. Fonts, colours and format all wrong I have no idea what do all my work is completely wrong and I can’t revert it back. Incredibly upset. Also all fonts disappeared from the database so I can no longer use them??!! What is going on please fix this. Below I have attached what the saved artwork that I expose red and then what I opened when I relaunched the file

Design changes when exported (PDF)
I’ve created many graphics and not has this problem but for some reason when I export it and check with the recipient, the graphic gets changed slightly. I’ve tried locking all of the layers before exporting and it still happened

背景が透過のデータをpng形式で保存するも反映される時とされない時がある。また、一時的に透過データが反映されるが時間が経つと保存先のフォルダ内で透過が解除されている。pngでクイック書き出しをしても、公開と書き出しから自分で設定しても同様の現象が起きる。

Object order not working
Each time I try to send and object back or forward it doesn’t work, have to save the file and open on my pc and do it there. It is really annoying since I’m not always able to resort to this method on the go. It should have a menu where you could have the options of send back, send to front, forward or backwards instead of the gimmick drag icon that never works properly.

Multiple selection bug
I have problem when selecting more than on object with the primary touch. After a while, it may be when selecting 2 object or 10, even if the finger is still on the touch circle, I lose the selection

Can’t upload images to artboard
When I try to import images to the artboard the images get stuck in a loop. I have deleted Ai and my Creative Cloud app twice. No luck. I’m dead in the water on my work projects and I pay for these apps. Someone please help ASAP

Gradient fill glitching
While trying to move the “markers” to change points of color in the gradient fill with my Apple Pencil Gen 2, the “markers” will glitch and flicker all over the screen while I hold them in one place.

Color Picker Issue
The color picker is inaccurate when working on a Desktop Ai file with the iPad Ai app. It chooses a color that is close, but it should be accurate since these are solid vector shapes.

Eraser acts so a drawing tool
Eraser adds strokes to objects rather than takes them away when object only has strikes not fill.

Cannot pan around photo with 2 fingers on magic keyboard case for iPad Pro
On every adobe program your can pan around by sliding 2 fingers on the trackpad. On photoshop for iPad you can but on illustrator that does not work. Please fix this issue

When saving, Artboards are not cutting off bleed over Graphics (bug 6/7/21 update)
With this new update, 6/7/21, When saving a file as a PNG the art board is not cutting off the bleed over graphics and the Entirety of the Graphic is being saved as a png

Drawing within isolation mode within a repeat, radial or mirror function
I’m not sure if this is a bug or just a limitation within the app. When I create using the mirror, pattern or radial tool I often want to go in and add more elements to the design. The only tool that lets you draw multiple elements is the pencil tool. The blob brush and the new brush tool (in Beta) don’t allow you to draw more than one element. Imagine I’m drawing a butterfly and want to add more elements to the wings and have them mirror on the other side. I can only do this with the pencil…

Connections and synchronisation issues
Illustrator doesn’t seem to keep connected to the Creative Cloud, saying I am no longer connected and it doesn’t synchronize my work. I have lost multiple works this way.
Impossibility to synchronize, save or stay registered (screenshots are in French sorry but this is basically what it says).
Of course I tried login/logout and multiple other attempts to synchronize.4 votes -
svg export scaling bug
When I export my file as svg, it doesn’t keep my mm units and has to be re-scaled in other applications. Scaling handled correctly in all other export formats.

Double tap to deselect path not working
There’s an option to make a double tap a shortcut to deselect a path or object, but it’s not working currently. Hope this can be fixed soon, loving the app so far!

Hi,
To deselect a path while using pen tool is to press the modifier and then tap. Not just a double. If it is something else please do us know.

The illustrator app just crashes when loading. It opens up the main screen and then closes. I have updated my iPad software.
Illustrator won’t load. Both my app and iPad are up to date but still not letting me use it. It was working perfectly fine the first time and then all of sudden not working at all. Please let me know how I can fix this or if you need any more feedback.

Problem with “exporting” via email. Ends up in draft folder of email and reports smtp thread incorrect…. Seemed to add the word apple
Tried to export a PDF formated image via email…. Ended in email Draft folder…. When tried to send again, it returned message smtp incorrect…. Seemed to add the word apple in front of output thread for gmail…. “Apple.mail.xxxxxxx.gmail.com”.
