  1. Selecting anything with pencil closes window almost instantly

    Any selection of tool or setting, really anything I try with Apple Pencil opens a window very briefly not allowing time to select anything. If I select by touch and hold, you have to release pressure then try to press selection before it closes. I reinstalled Illustrator but the same issue makes it totally unusable. Thank you

    There is a similar recent issue, caused by Pencil hover (https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT211774) support conflict with iPad OS 17.1 and it affects only 12.9 inch (6th Generation) iPad Pro and 11-inch (4th Generation) iPad Pro.

    Sometimes this can be resolved by going to Settings > Apple Pencil and turning off Show Effects.

  2. App crashes

    When downloaded, installed and logged in, the app works fine. When I close the app on my iPad Pro 12.9” 2nd Gen, it will no longer open. It keeps crashing when opened. I have to delete and redownload to use it.

    iPad iOS is up to date.

  3. The text function isn’t working and keyboard doesn’t show under properties

    The text function is glitching. Can’t edit text within the properties when trying to compete the how to edit text tutorial

  4. TEXTを変換するとバグが発生(Japanese)

    TEXTを挿入し、Smart keybordの変換をすると、TEXT全体の文字が見覚えのないものに変わってしまいます。また文字は別のメモアプリで入力して、貼り付けを行おうとしても、貼り付けが実行されません。

  6. huge problem with collapsed menu

    Hi, I cant use this software because of this bug. On the right all menu is damaged. I can’t even click on that. In addition - I have a huge delay when I’m drawing.

  7. Outline stroke

    Not able to outline strokes for grouped objects. I will have to ungroup them and manually outline stroke for each of them.

  9. Blob brush tool is not working properly

    Lines and shapes created with the blob brush tool are showing a bug and the final shape or line looks completely off, making the tool useless. I am working in files with lots of vector points, but I have never had this problem show up until now.

  10. Using paint brush

    When using paint brushes you can’t change colour as when you try it makes the path disappear. Also happens when you change size and opacity. Causing a lot of reverts if I have them.

    Tried capturing video on iPad using screen recorder but it won’t allow me.

  11. Remove Double tap paste

    Double tap to paste is a straight up bad idea! Like when I’m trying to select an object within a group or something I’m just pasting the clipboard randomly over and over . Get rid of it!

  12. キーバインド: 時折Shiftキーを利用したショートカットが機能しなくなる。

    タイミングによって、Shiftキーを利用したキーボードショートカットが軒並み機能しなくなることがあります(複数選択、全選択、縦横比を維持して拡大/縮小…など)。
    ただ、Ai上で文字入力を行う時はShiftを使って大文字にすることはできます。
    また、バグが発生していても、別のアプリではShiftキーは問題なく機能します。

    何をトリガーにバグが発生し、何をトリガーに解消するのか、未だ不明です。
    多くの場合、Ai起動直後は問題なく動作し、Safariなどの別のアプリを使用したあとAiを再び使用すると時折このバグが発生し、まとまった時間Shiftキーがうまく機能しなくなります。

    iPad Pro 第2世代 / iPadOS 15.6
    Ai v2.1.1

  14. Illustrator stops responding to key commands.

    Illustrator stops recognizing my key commands after a very short while. I use the apple magic keyboard and this shouldn’t happen. I also wish that all of the tablet versions of adobe apps were the same as the desktop. It’s very frustrating having to learn a whole new platform when there is work to be done.

  16. Restarted my iPad and all of my illustrations were gone and aren’t showing up in the cloud.

    If there was a more visible way to verify that these were sync’d up, that would be very helpful. I just lost hours of work because it “looked” sync’d up, but it wasn’t apparently……

  18. Exporting a file as Ai

    I have in one document 9 Artboards in Illustrator on my iPad Pro and when I go to export it as an Ai the box pops up for a second then disappears, not allowing me to export. When I quickly export it as PNG it works but I need the Ai file to be bought into InDesign. I’ve been able to save files as Ai before, so now I’m worried that the file is to large for it to be exported as an Ai from my iPad Pro. I tired to copy the artboards and bring them into a new…

    Are you using Apple Pencil to tap on the menu? If yes does it work when you tap fingers. Also, please share details of you iPad and a video of the issue to investigate it further.

  19. Massive mirror Tool bug

    Mirror tool deselects the mirror layer when pressing “undo”.

    This means that if I’m drawing with live mirroring and mess up on my line of work or anything else for that matter and hit undo it will no longer automatically allow me to continue to draw in mirroring mode until I select the mirror Layer. This currently renders mirror mode completely useless when trying to draw live mirroring. Please for the love of God fix this, clip studio pro has an incredible mirroring mode and it’s honestly the last thing that adobe illustrator is really missing in my opinion. Thank…
