Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience. Please get in touch with us at any of the other support channels – https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html . Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.

Ill 27.0.1
OS 13.0.1This happens every time I use the rectangle tool. In this MOV the whole set of palettes I have grouped moves from the second monitor to right next to the cursor on the main monitor, but I have determined that the palette that actually jumps is the Transform palette, bringing the rest of the nested palettes with it.

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 27.3.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!

This is still happening in 26.0.3 for Mac with type objects UNLESS they are set to Area Type.

As per the comment, go to 'Preferences > User Interface > Share Button' and select 'Match Brightness' — it will no longer appear blue.
To achieve the same in Photoshop, try toggling 'Neutral Color Mode' in 'Preferences > Interface'.

JAN 23: still an issue. Align to Glyph only works if you are dragging an individual selection relative to another. If you select multiple text items and use any Align tool, the same wrong results. The Align tools ignore the Align to Glyph settings.
