お世話になっております。こちらの問題ですが、ご迷惑をおかけしております。29.5.1近辺のバージョンで、環境設定のチェックボックスが外れてしまう類似の問題が複数報告されていました。その後のv29の最終バージョン29.8.5や最新のv30.xなどでも起きていますでしょうか？
現在もまだ起きているようでしたら、お知らせいただけると大変助かります。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

Around version 29.5.1, there were several reports of similar issues where certain preference checkboxes would become unchecked. Could you please let us know if this issue is still occurring in the later versions, such as the final v29 release (29.8.5) or the latest v30.x?If the issue is still occurring, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know.

対応が遅くなり大変申し訳ございません。
こちらの問題ですが、現在も再現をするのかエンジニアチームで確認しております。現状、チームで再現しておらず、過去のテキスト関連の修正が影響しているのではないかと思われます。再現ステップ3を、最新バージョンもしくはv29や過去バージョン（v28.7.8などお持ちでしたら）で再度開いてもTenAさんの方で再現するようでしたら教えていただいてもよろしいでしょうか？

We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response.Regarding this issue, our engineering team is currently investigating whether it can still be reproduced. At this time, the issue has not been reproducible within the team, and we suspect it may be related to past fixes in the text functionality.
Could you please try Step 3 again to reopen the file using the latest version, or in v29 or an earlier version (such as v28.7.8, if you still have it), and let us know if the issue can still be reproduced on your end?

お世話になっております。こちらの問題ですが、常に文字入力の際に左上に文字が表示されて文字ツールで直接インプットができない状況でしょうか？
Enterを押して入力後に、すぐに続けて入力する際は同じ問題が起きますでしょうか？
アートボード上に文字入力のカーソルを合わせた後に、他のアプリケーションなどにインプットのフォーカスが移ってしまっている等、確実に問題が再現する手順があれば教えていただけると助かります。もしくは、再現している動画を添付いただけましたら、確認させていただきます。

Does the text always appear in the top-left corner when you try to input text, preventing you from typing directly with the Type tool?After pressing Enter and continuing to type immediately, does the same issue occur?
It would be very helpful if you could share the exact steps to reliably reproduce the issue, for example, whether the input focus might be shifting to another application after placing the text cursor on the artboard. Alternatively, if you could provide a screen recording showing the issue, we would appreciate it and review it on our end.

お世話になっております。エンジニアチームで調査したところ、Illustrator 2025のv29.8.4またはv29.8.5では問題が修正されている確認が取れました。また、Illustrator 2026でも修正が確認できているようです。
お手数ではございますが、最新バージョン、もしくは上記バージョンでお試しいただき、問題がまだ起きているかお知らせいただけますと幸いです。

Our engineering team has investigated the issue and confirmed that it has been fixed in Illustrator 2025 versions 29.8.4 and 29.8.5. The fix has also been confirmed in Illustrator 2026.We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could try the latest version or one of the versions mentioned above and let us know whether the issue still occurs.

お世話になっております。その後、フォントの表示はいかがでしょうか？不具合が発生したIllustratorのバージョン情報などの詳細をいただけましたら、原因などエンジニアに確認を取れるかと思います。ご投稿いただきました時期や不具合の事象から推測いたしますと、v29.8.1の可能性が考えられますが、その場合v29.8.4にアップデートいただきますと問題が解消されます。

This fix is included in Illustrator v29.8.2.
If you reopen files that were not saved while the font change issue was present, the problem should no longer occur.
Please let us know if you continue to experience the issue in any new files created with v29.8.2.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello. We’d like to ask everyone here to test this in the latest Beta build (30.0.0.48 or later).
Please reopen an original .ai file (saved before the fonts were unintentionally changed) and let us know in the comments whether the issue is resolved or still occurs.
