29.7.1 文字機能のバグ
文字パネルやオプションの機能低下
「文字パネルの以前あった機能の消失」
それとオプションの「割注」などの項目消失がかなりあります！
場所が変わった場合は新しい場所への誘導をわかりやすくしてほしい。

ご報告ありがとうございます。ご返信が遅くなり申し訳ございません。
「東アジア言語のオプションを表示」にチェックを入れていただき、解決されたとのことでご迷惑をおかけしました。Illustrator v29.7.1では、「東アジア言語のオプションを表示」のチェックマークが外れてしまうという事例が何件か報告されておりまして、Illustrator v29.8 (8月リリース)で修正対応済みとなっております。
まだアップデートされたバージョンをお使いになっていないようでしたら、v29の最終バージョンv29.8.5または現在最新のv30.2.1をお試しください。
お試しいただいた上で、まだ問題が発生するようでしたら、お手数ですがこちらにコメント投稿を頂けますと助かります。

Egor, In ver. 29.7.1, there is a problem with the East Asian language option being removed and the units setting being changed to "point" when text is entered into the search input in the preferences panel and the OK button is clicked. AFAIK, this has already been reported. However, other conditions may exist, such as environment settings falling back to defaults.

詳細を追記いたします。
1.赤枠で囲ったパネル内の内容が最新のアップデートにて無くなっていました。
2.それと追加で、文字を打ったあとのに文字のカーニングを手動で調整する【Optionキー＋方向キーでのカーニング調整】もできなくなってました。

Not sure what you mean... perhaps I get the translation wrong! Can you please show a screenshot of it? Ideally the one from the version before as well, to compare.
