In latest version one can click small three dots at the bottom of the Tools panel and see all tools at once, including those which are already in the toolbox.

The Scale dialog has all the ingredient for the possibility to scale strokes only, without scaling the objects. (Currently we have to use a work around: scale object + strokes, then scale object back to original size while leaving 'Scale Strokes & Effects' unchecked).
How great would it be if we can check 'Scale Strokes & Effect', while unchecking Transform Objects (which is greyed out).
