Resources for Pen tool
Dear Sirs, Architects of Adobe Illustrator.
I am a user of this extraordinary program and I come to suggest that you create a resource so that the Pen tool can be used with the same resources as the Brush tool. That is, allowing us to expand through keyboard shortcuts and also be previously configured with Brush effects. It would make it much easier to create geometric designs, which are done more precisely with the Pen tool, but with predefined Brush strokes.

Allow us to export PNGs with Transparent and White Background at same time with Export for Screens
I often need to export PNG versions of the same asset with White Background and with Transparent Background.
The way the Export for Screens work, doesn't allow this. You can set multiple export scales, but they all will use the same PNG settings.
It should be able to select Different settings for all scales. Or at least different Backfgrounds ( white/tranparent)
But individual settings for all scales would be better, as then we could have much more control.

Links finder.
Chciałbym żeby możliwe było przeszukiwanie określa onej ścieżki w poszukiwaniu zagubionych linków. Tak samo jak jest w programie blender.
File > External data > Find missing files.
W illustratorze chiciałbym, żeby było podobnie.

Opacity Mask Thumb displayed in color, not in grayscale
Please checkout the current Opcity Mask viewing. When you hold down the Option/Alt key to review the mask you see the objects or image in color. It should be like it used to be before in Gray scale... (black Conceals, White Reveals)
Why did you change it? In the imge I enclose you can see the dog in color..should be BW once it is in the mask area.1 vote -
Make it easier to find the handles needed to move text around a circular shape.
It's so tough to find just the right place to hover in order to get the handle you need to drag the start/end points of text when placing it on a path, especially a round one. Seems like there's an easier way (maybe holding down a particular key while you click the anchor?)

Option to simplify UI by removing % from the document tab.
Provide the option to view only the document name in the document tab. ie optionally remove zoom and color profile like attached screenshot.

Illustrator and Illustrator Beta File Association Issue in Windows 10 and 11
When installing Adobe apps, files extension associations work as expected in Windows 10 and 11.
When installing a beta version of the same Adobe app, files association are moved to the beta version. There is no way to move the file association back to the regular app without manually changing the windows registry because:
1.) The regular app does not appear any longer in the file association drop down list (in settings)
2.) Right clicking illustrator file and changing associated app through folder structure locally also does not work. Even though I select the correct app (Illustrator.exe), the beta app…

Respect clip groups in pattern brushes
We can put a rectangle with no-fill and no-stroke under a tile art of a pattern brush to tell Illustrator about the bounds we want to use.
Also, we can clip the tile art with a copy of this rectangle.When used together, this allows to create a tile which is clipped and uses the bounds we expect... Well, almost — the preview of the tile in the dialog is going to be wrong, but the preview of the brush itself and the way brush behaves is going to be correct.
But without the bottom copy Illustrator won’t respect the…

Now the Save and Save As are creating an SVG with

A better solution is

Create a guide trimmed to an artboard
There is a almost unknown way to create guides limited to an artboards — you have to pick the Artboard Tool first, and then drag a guide out of rulers. The resulting guide will be limited to the artboard’s dbounds.
However, we think about it somewhere in the middle of dragging a guide, using other tools... too late in a process!
Can we get a modifier to hold while a guides is dragged out to toggle the global/local guide mode on the fly? Alt is taken to switch horizontal/vertical (and it’s cool), but Shift and Ctrl/Cmd are free and do…

Points of a path being able exist in multiple different layers
If you have every tried to make Celtic knot designs, you know what I am talking about. If points of a path can exist in multiple layers this will make it a lot easier for parts of single paths to go below or above other paths, like a ribbon going through different ribbons, making knots or weaves, without the need to cut parts of paths and shift them to different layers. Provide an accurate information about the position for a guide while dragging from ruler
Dragging a Guide from the rulers is not very accurate. Please add a way to see the exact position of the guide (preferably as an overlay near the guide, but in the Ai ecosystem maybe in the Info panel). And please let it snap to exact values when pressing Shift.

The Image Trace function can no longer pull fine detail. It has been ruined for me with new update.
I like to halftone images in photoshop and turn them into vectors in illustrator. With the changes made to Illustrator 2023, I can no longer do this, everything is overly blobby and it's just lost any ability to pull fine detail. Everything is oversimplified, and it is unusable for most of the style of work I do.

Nome dos pincéis sem padronização e mal formatados
As categorias de pincéis no Illustrator estão nomeadas de forma inconsistente e não padronizadas. Por exemplo, tem categorias ou nomes de pincéis que utilizam o espaço como separador de palavras, outros utilizam o underline para separar as palavras, e tem horas que o nome é escrito com iniciais maiúsculas e horas com iniciais minúsculas. Em resumo, não tem consistência na formatação dos nomes e isso dá uma sensação de desorganização e falta de revisão no software, pois é algo muito simples de corrigir. Smart Guides: prioritize artboards, respect logical hierarchy
This situation has been frustrating for many, many years:
I'm zoomed out to a level that makes it tricky for AI to understand what I want Smart Guides to snap to.
There are many elements in my doc that could be desired for that snapping, but they are a mix of paths, compound paths, placed media, and artboards. Many of these things are FAR away from the elements I'm trying to snap.
AI either doesn't have any perceived hierarchy or it prioritizes snapping in an obscure way, and it will attempt to snap to those far away things instead of…
