Add an "All Minuscule" button to the character tool panel
There's an all caps button why not the opposite. At times I've seen plenty of brands use minuscule characters for some lines exclusively. It would be nice to have templates that prevent the error to have majuscule letters or vowels when a brand doesn't want it and explaining it to the client/customer. I've made a sample you can check out. It seems simple enough to add.

Add a line tangency feature to all drawing tools
Please add a tangency feature to the pen tool. This will allow for an easier method of creating graceful line work.

Print current artboard
If my file has more than one artboard and I want to print the selected artboard, I have to press (shift + o) to see number of the artboard, then (Ctrl + P) then I have to write the number of the artboard I want to print.
This actually so boring especially if my file work requires to print a lot.
Please if you add an option to print dialog which is (print current artboard) that will help a lot.

Make Envelope Distort to ignore the clipped part of a clipping group
I would like it to be possible to perform an envelope distort operation so that only what is in the clipping is taken into account in the calculation of object bending. At the moment, if I have, for example, objects (like circle) in a clipping rectangle and I use the "Make with Mesh" or "Make with Top Object" option to bend the whole thing to a different shape, the bend sizes are not only limited to the clipping but to all objects that are not visible and hidden under the clipping, causing it to be badly deformed. Object > Repeat > Mirror needs Snapping
When using the handles in the viewport, snapping is not available. Snapping would make all of the "Object > Repeat" functions much more useful.

Under Filter > Texture: Please add another slider to size the grain particles in the filter.
You can create a grain effect but cannot size the grain itself.

Gap Tool and Live Distribute like InDesign has, with improvements

These allow us to control a gap’s size between chosen pair of elements (quoted):
—Drag to move the gap and resize all objects aligned along the gap.
— Shift-drag to move the gap between only the two nearest objects.

背景と上に乗るキャラクター等をレイヤー分けできるような仕組みを追加してください。
たとえば、「下のレイヤー：波の穏やかな白い砂浜のビーチ、上のレイヤー：じゃれ合う２匹の子犬」
というようにプロンプトに記述したレイヤー構成に従って生成されるようになると格段に使い勝手が良くなると思います。

Adobe Please Update Image Trace
Totally understand the business aspects of focusing on tools which have the most users. However Image Trace appears stuck in a time warp, and not moving forward. May be stretching but with the AI, ML tools Image Trace should be far more capable than the current form. The inability to distinguish lines in an image is of concern. You should be able to draw more interest to take raster drawings to the next level with Illustrator. Has been almost 24 years when this was released. Definitely time to take to the next level.

Display Color Mode and Resolution (PPI) for a selected image in both Info and Properties panels
Currently only the Control panel (which Ai team decided to hide for new users with their training-wheels Essentials workspace) shows a resolution and a color mode for a selected image, and Links (but only when expanded, which again is not the default).
Properties shows nothing, despite the name.
Same goes for Info panel.

Make scrollbars higher contrast or allow customizable colors for them
The gray on gray scheme of the slider and handle in the scrollbars is extremely difficult to work with. Higher contrast is needed or provide the ability to customize the slider color. This is an accessibility issue for older or visually impaired users!

Live Free Distort
I would like to see the "Free Distort" effect be extended to work on the actual object, not going through a tiny dialog box that feels like I'm trying to apply it to a postage stamp. It's really difficult to apply a distorted shape to a larger area when I am guessing if a 1-pixel move of a tiny handle is going to make a difference or not. use of Info panel for graph elements
When working with a graph, use the Group Select tool to select one element of the graph. In earlier versions (prior to ~2016 or 2017?), the Info panel displayed the size/position of that element. Why was that feature DROPPED? Please reinstate that bit of code--there is no other way to determine the size of any element (except to copy and paste it, then delete it).
Better yet, if the Transform panel was active for a graph element, it would make it so much easier to control the size of each path. (I'm looking at you, tick marks, which are seemingly…5 votes -
Allow to choose a reference point (pivot / origin) for live shapes
With a Line live shape we can set a length and an angle of the line, using Line Properties section in Transform panel (or Properties).
But there is no way to choose the position of the reference point, these apply always to the middle.
I want to be able to extend/contract or rotate a line from one of both ends.
Same applies to other live shapes, which gets transformed with the dedicated controls always from the center.

Improve intertwine for gradients on strokes and effects
Improve intertwine to allow gradients along a path before intertwine is made, then fully implement drop shadows to overlap intertwined segments. See attachment explaining workaround I produced along with high res rasterization to show where result is better than Illustrator display on monitor.

Add the ability to reduce the size of the canvas
Currently there's no way to reduce the canvas size (not individual artboard sizes). I think it would be great if we could.
The default canvas size is quite big if you are working with small artboards. It makes using the scroll bars annoying, because it scrolls excessively far if you try to move the bar sliders in any direction by holding them with the mouse and dragging. This would not be an issue with a smaller canvas size.
Having a smaller canvas size also I think would just be nicer too because you can make all your artboards mostly fill…
