Illustrator 28 no longer retains editable text fields used in Acrobat.
The company I work for often sends files that need to be filled out in Acrobat, but the art is edited in Illustrator. In Illustrator 27 there was no issue. I would edit the contents in Illustrator and then open in Acrobat to finish filling out the form. But as the subject line indicates, Illustrator 28 somehow removes these editable text fields set in Acrobat, making the file unusable for our customers.
This work flow is not our choice, it's a requirement from some of our customers.

Optimization of Rounded Rectangle in Illustrator Effects
When using the Rounded Rectangle of Illustrator Effects, I hope that the upper and lower values can be set separately, because when this effect is applied to text, the upper and lower heights are not even.

Graph to vector
I'm requesting a feature I'm calling Graph to Vector. The idea would be to use the data in a graph and use the AI capabilities to generate a vector based on that data.
For instance, if you had a graph representing how you spent your budget this past year with 5 different categories divided by percentages, you could take the colors used to represent the percentages and make a vector with those same colors in those same percentages. If 20% of the budget was represented by blue, then 20% of the vector could be blue.

Adobe Please Update Image Trace
Totally understand the business aspects of focusing on tools which have the most users. However Image Trace appears stuck in a time warp, and not moving forward. May be stretching but with the AI, ML tools Image Trace should be far more capable than the current form. The inability to distinguish lines in an image is of concern. You should be able to draw more interest to take raster drawings to the next level with Illustrator. Has been almost 24 years when this was released. Definitely time to take to the next level.

True customisable drawing 'angles' for all tools when using SHIFT key (pen, pencil, brush).
This is severely lacking in illustrator and has been developed by Affinity Designer with work arounds (that do not work in a suitably fluid way) by Astute Graphics for Illustrator.
Best case scenario something is implemented like Affinity Designer in which 'constraint angles' are replaced by ‘Grid and Snapping Axis’ you are able to set and save presets of angle settings.
These axis are set and then can be activated as a constraint on your current tool by holding shift.

Saving from Ai to PDF do not show the link image
When saving Ai to PDF, the link image is not shown in the saved PDF.

Recognize the Develop settings applied in Camera Raw
When I drag a jpg image from Bridge to Illustrator, I would like for Illustrator to recognize the Develop settings that I applied in Camera Raw without first saving the image as a separate file.
Later changes to the Develop settings would then prompt an update in Illustrator like it does currently when a file is changed.1 vote -
Firefly Text to Image and Text Effects inside illustrator
Text to Vector is Awesome, will be nice to have Firefly Text to Image and Text Effects directly in illustrator, so we can preview our generations with other compositing assets in canvas.
Maybe a Firefly Panel, where we can choose what we want to generate, vector, image, or text effect.

Addressing long-standing graph tool issues
Just went back to prerelease site where I logged a complaint about the Radar graph. Feedback was that the error was not an error but an intentional result. I am however not satisfied with that reply. Other graph tools remember grid line settings, font settings, etcetera. Radar tool reverts all those settings every time the graph is updated. This is not a logical result. Moved and pasted objects keep thrown off by 0.0001 pixels
I'm trying to copy, paste, then merge items. However, the pixels keep getting thrown off by .0001 pixels. Even when I put it back in place, it moves back to .0001 px above or below the actual coordinate. I already spoke to a team that did not do anything about it. This has been costing me literally over 100 hours of wasted time. I now give up and can't sleep knowing my pixels are not rounded to the nearest desired coordinate. Library doesn't fully sync out of Capture
I was told to put my concerns and ideas here although my frustration is mostly with libraries and the capture app capture is super cool for all of its features but the app was created specifically so that you could use those features and the library Assets in other programs my library assets won't save past about 200 and I've already created thousands, inc fun brushes i want to share, teach, but cant save or recreate so now I'm stuck. it's a cool app you should support it better and fix the glitches: export doesn't work, libraries don't work completely…

Illustrator doesn't let me use 3D objects and it automatically closes every time I want to use that option
When I installed Illustrator files from the Adobe Materials website to use with 3D objects, it stopped working, when I try to select something and convert it to 3D, Illustrator automatically closes. I already reinstalled the program but it's still the same. How do I be able to use it again?

Menu Item Move Between Creative Cloud Apps
Suggest adding a menu selected item to navigate between CC apps. When working in AI and need to move image to PS there is no shortcut for this. Moving between Plugins is way easer. May be include a menu selected or button to quickly move the image.

Overwriting Existing Workspaces and Toolbars
If I wanted to update my custom Workspace, I can create a new Workspace and give it the same name as before. When I do that, I am warned that the name already exists, and that clicking 'OK' will overwrite the old one. This is great. But if I try the same process for updating a custom Toolbar, it makes me choose another name. Then I have to remember where these files are stored in the Finder, go to that location, delete the old Toolbar, and rename the new one. Please make the process for updating an existing Toolbar as…
