Cut master 3 not working after update
Illustrator just updated to CC2018 and now my cutmaster 3 plug-in is not working or in the file tab.

Please contact plugin developer and get a plugin compatible with the CC 2018. You also have a choice to install previous release of Illustrator to ensure uninterrupted work till you procure CM plugin that is compatible with latest release.

Another fix, well work around.. Install Graphtec Studio and send the files from there. You can order a free copy from the page providing the serial number of your ploter. If anyone is interested I could upload a copy of the CD that came with the machine (CE 6000-60). Ask at diego@imprestudio.mx

Here is the fix.....click on the cloud icon where you can download your new apps....I am on a Mac and a PC.....I am doing this for Mac version. Anyway click on the icon that looks kind of like a chain link or infinity circles. Go to the Illustrator app and click the arrow to the right of the open tab. click on other versions and go back to the 2017 version of the Illustrator. You will have both versions but can open either one. The bug is within the Cutting Master 3 plugin not being updated to work in Illy 2018 yet.

Yea I am having the same **** issue and not only have I been put on hold after going through their prompts, just for the lady to tell me the issue has to be transferred to a different place. I asked her if I was going to be on hold as long as I just had been....(which was over an hour) .....She said it all depends on where you are in the cue. Sooooo 20 minutes now and still on hold!!! Waiting for a fix!

I'm getting so tired of these updates. I have to do workarounds for a month while the developers fix our plugins to work with the next cc version.
