Same problems here: Blending modes not showing in previews correctly, nor printing correctly.
Blending modes, in my case I am using mostly screen & color burn, not working in print or in workspace preview in ai, including Overprint (graphic with BM applied disappears (screen) or partial blackness shows (color burn)). What happened? Fixing this asap?!?! What's the timeline on this fix??? -

both "cafe" object are the same color ... the black one is in multiply .. and all object in multiply became black
is that a bug or I broke some settings? -

Hi German,
Can you share your system info with us, by following instructions on this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html. Ignore the part related to crash.
Thanks

The profile used has no effect, the standard ISO Coated v2 is used for the "TEST" file.

Go to edit color settings change it to something else and see if you still reproduce it. We got your file but in lack of the color profile file we were not able to investigate it

Do you have AMD card ?? I have same issue after latest windows 10 update. This is GPU Rendering issue. Try switching to CPU. It should be fine.

Hello everyone,
I would like to report here a bug I was hanging out when I started using a 6-color printer where I have two colors as a spot color (Fluo Yellou and Fluo Pink). I then combine them with CMYK colors.
If I give spot color through Illustrator over CMYK with multiplying settings,
I see the result black. When I turn off the GPU, I draw the result correctly. More in the pictures below.

1) Illustrator CC17 21.1.0 (64 bits)
2) When I opened my files today suddenly all the objects that had blending modes on them were plain black. After uninstalling and installing again I noticed that it only happens in CMYK files... I even tried to paste objects with BM from RGB files (where they look just fine) into a CMYK document and indeed it turned it into a plain black object.
3) Expected the blending modes to work as they should.
4) They don't...
