CMD + D keys not working, and unable to rotate and copy object multiple times around object
Trying to rotate object multiple times around a circle, but CMD + D not working. Also when using rotation box, after clicking 'copy', command box automatically exits without even clicking OK and i'm taken back to drawing board without being given option to copy object again.

Clicking Copy button in Rotate dialog is considered to be a confirmation. Works the same way as OK, but with a rotation applied to a new duplicate of the selected artwork, which gets selected instead. This is how the feature is designed.
Not sure if it’s still a problem, but what workflow do you have (or did you have) in mind for this? Please elaborate.
As for the Cmd+D not working (does it still?), please demonstrate how you do it exactly, on a video or a GIF — perhaps I can advise something.
