Pivot point in Free Transform doesn't snap
Draggable pivot pint in Free Transform tool doesn't snap at all: not with Smart guides, not with Snap to grid.

A bit surprised that pivot point still doesn’t snap to grid or other anchor points.

It is kinda useless without snapping. It should also be persistent, with a an option to reset/re-centre it.
