Place - wedge in image appears and moving images is clunky
When I place an image, a wedge appears, and it only goes away when I lock, and then unlock the layer. If I start moving the image around again, the wedge appears again.

Shane, as a temporary fix try to disable GPU preview.
If it helps, please send the file (packaged, with the image) to the sharewithai@adobe.com, titled 'GPU issue'.
