Input Boxes turn blank when Tabbing
Input fields turn blank when tabbing between them (tab key), and do not show the current value.

Hi,
Thanks for reporting this issue, Illustrator Team really appreciate this.
We are able to reproduce this issue and investigating this further.
Kindly use below mentioned workaround meanwhile:
1)Set macOS UI to “System Preferences → General → Highlight Color to any other options in UI than Graphite”

プロパティパネルのテキストが選択中に見えなくなる。フォント、線、レイヤーなど全て選択中は白くなってしまう。優先順位が低いのかも知れないけど、毎日使用するので非常に不便。
2021がリリースされてからずっと改善されていない。 -

Confirming, this fix worked for me. Even setting the Highlight Color to an identical color.
