Problems with scripts and BridgeTalk using Illustrator 25.3.1 on M1 Mac
I have a handful of scripts that have stopped working after switching from an Intel Mac mini to an M1 Mac mini. The scripts will run as expected if I use the Intel version of Illustrator on the M1 Mac mini, but they return this error when run using the M1 version of Illustrator on the same machine "TARGET COULD NOT BE LAUNCHED(59)". The current culprit seems to be BridgeTalk. Any help would be appreciated, thx!
The workaround for this is to update to the latest build, 25.3.1, which doesn't contain Bridge related changes for Mac ARM — that's why this error is happening.
If you still have the issue, please comment back.

ok, the head test/head sequence script is working in the 26.2 prerelease. Animation sequence and layer sequence both seem to be having trouble still. I got these messages for Animation Sequence... layer sequence didn't return an error, it just wouldn't cycle through layers.

Hi Stephen,
Thanks for Providing the scripts. I checked one of your script on latest 26.2.1 build in Mac M1 and it was working. Can you please update to the latest and confirm if this issue is fixed for you too?

Hi Stephen,
I could not find any attached zip file. Can you please share again.
Can you please help to get the repro steps for this. Also can you please try this with latest 26.2.1 build, are you still facing this with latest 26.2.1? -

Hiya! I'm still having issues - I still need to open the Intel version of Illustrator to get some functionality out of these scripts.
Attached is a zip file with 3 scripts and 2 sample files. I'm still getting the basic error window that's attached to my original message. Any help(including pointing me towards someone willing to rebuild these scripts for cash) would be amazing. Thx!

Similar issue with AI 25.4.2 on my new M1 MacBook Pro. Even when I run the Intel version, any scripts that involve a UI palette I scripted won't work. No error message, the palette opens as usual but none of the buttons function.
