Preferences dialog window opens small, tiny, shrunk, and I can't access any settings
Problem with Preference panel in Illustrator since the last update of the app.
A person from Adobe helped me yesterday by removing all the caches and preferences from illustrator, it worked right after but today it's happening again.

Been having the same issue with the preference panel since the last update. Can't adjust the panel size from the corners and can't access the preferences.
Updated to to AI v29.8.1 today but issue unresolved.

I am having the exact same problem. Frustrating to not being able to set whether line thickness scales, for example.

AI 27.0.1 Preferences window on Mac Monterey 12.6.1 does not open correctly and cannot be re-sized. See below.

The modal cannot be resized and none of the options are accessible

Having the same issue here, just posted another one, but upvoting yours!

All of a sudden, when I open my preference pane, it gets stuck on a small size that shows only the buttons (see image). It was working and all of a sudden, it changed. I have restarted illustrator but nothing changed.
Version 26.4.1 on Mac.
