Illustrator window moves behind all other windows when you reposition the frame
When selecting a window in Illustrator it immediately falls to the background as I move it around. VERY obnoxious.. this is also happening in Photoshop.
Mac Studio, 64gb, Ventura 13.2.1, latest version of AI and PSD.

Ai:27.9作業中にillustratorのタイトルバーを持ってウインドウを移動させようとすると、背面に入ってしまいとても困っています。その場合、毎回dockからAiをクリックするか、タイトルバー以外のアプリケーション内の画面をクリックすることで、最前面に戻ります。
これは仕様でしょうか？ほかにもPSDとIndesignでも発生します。 -

When I have AI open and select the application's window, AI keeps going behind other desktop windows when selected. I tried resetting preference and that seemed to fix it, but now it is back to doing it. This has been going on for 6+months (started happening after an update).
