Illustrator 2023 freezes when launching
Freeze Illustrator app (2023) always when I launch the app first time after launching Windows 10.
Current temporary solution is
1) Freeze illustrator during launch (No response condition)
2) Close the app by task manager or any relevant method
3) Click Illustrator again then select whichever the choice to open ( "Run Diagnostics" or "Launch Illustrator")
4) Normally open the app
5) After close the app, situation is the same from step 1
Already tried to uninstall the app and reinstall but situation doesn't change.

Everytime I attempt to vectorize an image on my iPad Pro- it freezes. Both the app and my iPad are up to date. I have the 1gig model and have hardly anything on the iPad Pro- and nothing else is running- I am to the point where I think I will request a refund. I have not been able to do much with the program and thought it was me as I am new to it. However, I recently had someone that is well versed in the application work on it with me and they pointed out the iPad Pro version is not only very inferrior, it is super buggy.

Have you tried to reset preferences?
Corrupted preferences can lead to errors like this, and they don’t get reset when you uninstall/reinstall.
