Artboards are deleted after I close the program
I was working on a project with multiple artboards. I closed and reopened the program and all the artboards except the second one were deleted and the second artboard became "Artboard 1".
I tried it multiple times and this happens everytime.
I'm on windows and version 27.9

Update: The error happened in Illustrator Beta. I deleted it and it happened again on Illustrator 27.9
I think this error might be related to this error message as this pop up came up on both of the files.

I simply created an artboard using the artboard tool. I wrote the sizes that I wanted.
In order to duplicate it I used the "+" icon at the top.
Then created the designs and save it closed it. -

Describe the exact steps you perform to create these artboards (Ai has several methods), the ones which lead to them vanishing after you reopen the document.
