Page ruler and isolation bar cover contextual task bar
The default position for Contextual Task Bar is on top left corner of the page and when the ruler is on top half of the bar is covered by ruler. The user must relocate the bar to use it properly...

The CTB not only "hides" behind the ruler but also under other document boundaries. Please see attached graphic. There you'll see how a custom bar I created behaves "as advertised" unlike the CTB which is partly hidden from view; sometimes it's even hard to "grab" and pull it out where it can be fully visible and usable. A.C.

Isolated group bar covers the contextual task bar if the bar is at the top of the window.
