Rounding to integer or transform panel is broken (when using arrow keys to correct size of path with locked aspect ratio) after update to 29.0.1 from 28.X.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a new path or use an existing one.
2. Open the Control/Transform panel.
3. With the Constrain Proportions option enabled, use the arrow keys to adjust the Width (W) or Height (H) value.
Expected Result: Proportions remain consistent as values are adjusted.
Actual Result: Proportions either change unexpectedly or the values jump to different numbers.

I can confirm this.
Here is a comparison between a rectangle (a live shape) and a triangle (drawn with a Pen, not a live shape).
What I can also notice, is that a second dimension is calculated wrong for bot, but for a tringle it gets almost instantly corrected in the field... while for the rectangle the wrong value stays in it until the next change of this wrong field.
