異体字を指定したグリフに対してSVGフィルタを適用するとデフォルトのグリフにフォールバックする

再現手順
1. ポイントテキストをドキュメント上に作成し「ABCD」と入力し、各グリフを異体字（添付のサンプルではu+0041 nalt5等を指定）に変更する。
2.作成したテキストに任意のSVGフィルタを適用する。
3.異体字を指定したグリフがデフォルトのグリフにフォールバックした状態でレンダリングされる。
期待する結果
指定した異体字のままSVGフィルタが適用される。
実際の結果
異体字はデフォルトのグリフに変更された状態でレンダリングされる。

その他、オールキャプス、半角字形、全角字形といったものも標準字体にフォールバックします。スモールキャップスは仕組み的に先頭文字以外がサイズダウンされますが、その影響で標準字形に戻った２文字目以降のサイズが小さくなります。
あと、欧文の合字なんかもダメです。
