Wrong appearance of Drop Shadow effect with text object (non-English characters).
Wrong appearance of Drop Shadow effect with text object. It looks like effect use incorrect regional standards settings separate from the text itself causing the shadow looks like complete other characters .
Also, if you turn off BLUR in DROP SHADOW, the shadow becomes normal. And this does not happen with all fonts.

additionally figured out that distortion of text block fixes this bug (but why should I do that?)
It seems like this issue is specific to this font and how the AI renders it.

This is a sooo weird! Something is definitely wrong with the encoding used!
