Created Dimensions change their snapping positions
I wanted to use the Dimension tool but I’m afraid it really needs some work and can only be used when your drawing is finished.
Here is a quite of bug that happened: I was adding another space and other dimensions. Apparently it changed my previous one with a certain angle (I didn't rotate anything though).
I did realize at that time and can't even go back to when it was good.

It happened several time but I can't really say what triggered it.
I did a duplication of artboard at some point but then it was still fine. -
Mara, can you reproduce it? Did it involve any duplication of artboards?
