Documents preview not updated properly in Indesign
When I save an Illustrator file, import it into Indesign, then make changes to the file, save it again and update the link in Indesign, some parts are not updated in the preview (see attached image). This doesn't happen every time, seemingly at random.
I have resolved this by first saving as an older version and then again as latest version, but that's not a real solution.
Somebody told me to uncheck 'Save in background' in settings, this also solved the problem but again, is not a real solution.
I have this problem simultaneously with the (already known) problem where Indesign shows all object layers of all artboards when viewing/hiding specific object layers.
I'm using Illustrator 30 on Sonoma.
The related issue (Duplicate layer – http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447/suggestions/50611952), which might have been causing this problem, has been resolved, and the fix is now available in our latest beta version, 30.2.12.
We kindly request you to update and share your feedback.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused

The issue regarding the artboards does indeed match part of my problem, and is already being addressed (by my knowledge).
The first part (regarding outdated preview) is another problem. I'll add the screenshot again.

Koos, the image is missing (probably UserVoice is experiencing another problem with attachments), but by the description it feels very much alike this problem:

Does it match yours?
