Changing the Japanese font in the Type tool does not update it.

Changing the Japanese font in the Type tool does not update it.
This occurs even when "Enable missing glyph protection" is initially set to OFF and no other settings are changed.
This does not occur in macOS Vetura13.7.8

@kbt adcrew - Your observations suggest that the issue is happening randomly. Have you started seeing this issue recently?

Basically, it's only Japanese, but when I tried to check it just now, it was possible to specify it with the text tool. However, I'm worried about when it will stop working.
