Sizes of vector art is NOT accurate
When I select a vector graphic (a logo), I go to Transform to set the size.
I set the size to 3in x 3in
But when I PRINT and measure the graphic, it is NOT 3in x 3in.
I have to set the graphic to 3.1in x 3.1in in order to output an actual 3in x 3in graphic
This has caused me a LOT of issues when I am outputting graphics that need to be a specific size.
WHY are the transform measurements NOT accurate?

@Agape, can you check if you have Use Preview Bounds enabled in Preferences > General, please?
With this on, Illustrator includes the stroke weight into calculating the bounds.
