Can’t rearrange a selected object and bring it to front
Arrange tools are completely busted. I am trying to move a selected object to front. The shortcut (shift, cmd, ] or [) does not move the selected object at all. The menu option also results in nothing.

Ella, can you please select the object, open the Layers panels, click the Locate Object button at the bottom of it (the 'mag' one) and check what’s happening? Can you record this on video, with the panel visible, please?
Can you reproduce it in another file, or in a new file altogether?
