Color pallete stroke color
When working in the color palette in CMYK mode, if I have the foreground color selected and drag a black swatch (0,0,0,100) onto the stroke color (which is positioned behind the fill color), the stroke color—once selected and brought to the front—ends up being defined by all four color components. This does not happen if I apply that same black color to the stroke while it is already in the foreground position.

When I drag the black patch over the stroke icon the color assigned is diferent .
