意図せず[control]+[option]が押されることで、
表示できない特殊文字が入り、CC同期でエラーになる

Exportation of Devanagari in SVG
There is an annoying bug in the export or save as... SVG, when the artwork contains devanagari script.
I attach to this post 3 screenshots of a very simple artwork made of 1 background picture and 2 texts, one in Hindi, the other one in French. The fonts used are the beautiful Adobe Devanagari fonts (bold and bold-italic).
I have used either save as... or export as... and reopened them in Illustrator, with different results, then made a copy of my screen..
If you open the 3 files for example in Photoshop, you will see that they are all different!!!…1 vote -
Export for Screen; Advanced settings; Include ICC profile checkbox doesn't work
When I choose Export for Screen... Gear icon (Advanced Settings for exported filetypes... JPG 100... uncheck "Embed ICC profile"... Save Settings; The ICC profile is still embedded upon export, and when I open the settings dialog again, the box has rechecked itself.
This feature works correctly in the legacy "Save for web" tool.

Open dialog box Dimmed items that open
When opening files, and navigating with the Open window to a new folder. There are times items that clearly will open but are dimmed. Even folders have been shown dimmed today. Same with last version of Beta.

shadowing of spot-overprinting-die-line in 4 color work after saving as PDF from Illustrator
Customers Illustrator 2021, 4 color work has a spot color die overprinting. When saving PDF with all layers the die-line cast what looks like a burn area of die.

Illustrator crashes, hitting enter when importing a file
When choosing a file to import and you hit the enter button on the keyboard the whole app crashes ... impossible to do anything it just freezes and makes my whole Mac mini M1 freeze!!!!!
And if you have an other adobe app open this one will freeze too!
Please fix this, it's huge problem

Bug with text with DXF exported from Illustrator
With the new update 25.2.3 I have problems exporting DXF files from Illustrator.
Each time I do it the texts change of size to a very, very small one.
I export graphics to use them in Automatized Cut Machines but the texts do not appear in the right size. I had to keep and old version of illustrator 25.0 in order to be able to still use those machines.
What can I do?

SVG Export - Compound Paths Cause Performance Issues & Unexpected Results
Windows 10, Illustrator 25.2.3 | System info attached and repro file attached.
There are 2 artboards and asset exports defined in the file.
They are the same illustration with 1 difference - the "grouped" version has a set of paths grouped together, and the "compound" version has those same paths combined into a compound path.
I ran 3 test exports with my repro file, increasing paths: first 500 paths, then 1000 paths, and finally 1500 paths. Here's the export times:

Export as SVG should respect all-caps style on text
Text in Illustrator file set with All-Caps style. When export as SVG, the style is lost. Either the style should be preserved, or, during export, the case should be hard-coded into the text (e.g. "Hello" styled as all-caps becomes "HELLO").

When saving as PDF, downsampling does not function for images that are part of a transparency mask
Windows 10 - Illustrator CC Desktop
How to create issue:
Place a linked image. Use linked image with another object to create a transparency mask. Save as PDF. Adjust downsampling options. View created PDF with a PDF viewer and see that the image did not get downsampled. Also, look at file size of created PDF.
Release the transparency mask and resave with all other variables identical to other saved file. Open the file in a PDF viewer and see that it is properly downsampled. Also, look at file size and see that it is smaller than the other created PDF.

Beim Öffnen einer PDF werden Textzeilen in Pfade umgewandelt
Meistens wenn ich eine PDF-Datei in Illustrator öffne, gibt es die Meldung, dass die Schrift in einen Pfad geändert wird. Jetzt habe ich herausgefunden, dass der Grund dafür ein Fehler mit Ligaturen ist. Wenn Ligaturen wie fl oder fi verwendet werden, kommt diese Meldung.
Es scheint, dass Illustrator die speziellen Glyphen nicht erkennen kann. Wenn keine Ligaturen in der PDF-Datei vorkommen, öffnet Illustrator diese problemlos und der Text ist editierbar.Wolfgang J. Kremer

勝手にファイルが保存されてしまう
Adobe Illustrator 2020の一部のaiデータで保存する前にファイルと閉じようとすると、勝手に保存されてしまいます。環境設定の自動保存はすべてチェックを入れて外して適用したのですが変わりません。
ファイルはクラウドドキュメントではなく、NASに配置しているファイルです。しかも発生するときは何度か再起動すると発生しなくなりますので、バグではないかと考えています。

Element appears in Illustrator

We received a customer’s file in PDF. We always work the file in Illustrator.
In this case, when we opened the file, no error message appears that the file had been modified outside Illustrator. We proceed with the job. Problem - one element that doesn’t exist in ACROBAT, appears in Illustrator. I believe this is a bug, because usually the message is shown.
This problem gave us a big complaint by the customer because that element is forbidden in the Portuguese market.1 vote -

Illustrator impossible d'enregistrer des fichiers sur un NAS Synology
Bonjour,
Depuis quelques temps, je ne peux pas enregistrer mes fichiers .ai sans qu'Illustrator ne créé de fichiers .tmp ou .ai en les renommant "Acr...."
Je ne peux pas toujours enregistrer les modifications effectuées dans mes fichiers. Apparemment c'est encore pire si j'utilise un script d'action.
En local aucun problème. Que faire s'il vous plaît ?

place lets me bring image in but then after resizing image it disappears
Windows 10 latest build, CC latest build, Illustrator latest build. Using File->Place with a .jpg brings the image in and allows me to place it in the workspace, but when I resize it and try to move it to the artboard the image disappears.

Grid Repeat becomes Non-Native Art after exiting and reopening the file .
Windows 10 OS and Latest version of Illustrator (April 19th, 2021).
I created a grid repeat of a object group. Then saved the file. Then closed the file. Upon reopening the file the grid repeat has become a non-native art object which I cannot edit.
The result was utter frustration.

When saving AI as a PDF the text disappears
When I save the AI file as a PDF on IPad the words seem to change to squares
Why is that ?

jpeg書き出しが出来ない
illustrator(Beta) 25.3.2
MacBook Air M1 OS11.2.3ファイル>書き出し>書き出し形式で、jpeg書き出しを解像度300ppiで行おうとすると、その解像度では……と表示され書き出しが出来ない（150以下は書き出しが出来る）。
他のバージョンでは、解像度300ppiの設定で問題なく書き出しが出来ている1 voteIllustrator 製品フィードバックへのご協力ありがとうございます。
ご報告いただきました問題でございますが、社内での検証（ver.25.3.1/ MacBook Air M1）では再現ができませんでした。

Preparing for Save takes longer than actually saving
I have noticed that now illustrator does a "preparing to save" function with a dialogue box and progress bar before saving in the background. The issue I am experiencing with this is that the "preparing to save" step takes significantly longer than I ever remember a simple save taking. As such my routine save reflex is causing a significant disruption to my workflow. The time this "preparing to save" dialogue takes is far too long and incredibly inconvenient.
