Imported objects loosing color from brush and swatch
objects imported into another illustrator file loose their colors in both preview and swatches. We build items we produce by bring in standard objects that represent items we use over and over. Since the upgrade to 25.3.1, when we import those objects, the color is removed, does not happen in 25.2.3.

"Proof Setup" and "Proof Colors" Greyed Out
The "Proof Setup" and "Proof Colors" options in the View drop down menu have been greyed out and no matter how many times I restart my computer or the application, nothing changes. My version of Illustrator is fully up to date, v. 25.2.3

Inconsistent color
With the new CC update, I can't calibrate colour across apps using Color Settings in Bridge. This started happening often on the previous release, but I was able to fix it by resetting this in Bridge. Now, it doesn't work. See attached – same Pantone colour (50% of Pantone Bridge 7500) in InDesign and Illustrator. The InDesign is accurate; Illustrator is not. Nothing I do seems to help. I may revert to older Bridge and Photoshop until you sort this out.

You can no longer recolour your artwork to find the nearest matching pantone colour.

Appearance and coloring issues
Appearance of grouped elements is having the old issue on appearance, that individual color properties of the elements are visible on the grouped elements, so making coloring a troublesome stuff.

adobe color themes not responding
I am using Illustrator on my desktop, and it is the 2020 version. I'm trying to use the adobe color themes but when I click on it, it opens to a blank white window. I tried restarting my computer and exiting out of the folder, to no avail.

Color picker preview doesn't match color field/document, matches monitor RGB instead
- Operating system: Windows 10 Pro. Version of Adobe Illustrator: 25.0
- When I select a color in the color picker, the circled color in the color field doesn't match the color in the preview. The color field matches the document, but the preview shows it as much brighter. It actually matches my monitor RGB since it matches the document opened in Windows photo viewer (see attachment). I don't have this problem in Photoshop. Everything matches. It looks like the color field is correctly color managed but the preview box is not.
- Expected result: I expect the preview to match the color…

Consistence in editing common values
E.g. when two HSB colors voth have 100% saturation, a selection containing those objects should allow to edit their saturations simultaneously.
But Ai leaves the field empty - as if the values where different.

Lost extra Pantone Colours after Illustrator 2021 update
I have registered a Pantone booklet and downloaded the PANTONE colour manager to gain the extra missing Pantone swatch colours. This was working fine but after the 2021 update I have lost them.
I have tried going back into the Pantone Colour Manager and re-updating the newest colour books I want (PANTONE Solid Coated-V4 and PANTONE+ Solid Coated-336). But the Applications to apply them to as options are only InDesign and Photoshop. If I click the + button below to Add Illustrator to the list, it says I have to click the Browse button and locate the Illustator.exe file. I…

Objects stuck in RGB colour space in a CMYK document
I'm working on a print document in CMYK and reusing some elements from a file created in RGB. When I go to change the colour of the text for example in the new CMYK doc it refuses to let me change the object to CMYK.
For instance, I want the text to be 85% K but whenever I input these swatch values it automatically switches back to RBG (R77 G77 B79).
This has been happening in Illustrator on my desktop for months, it's something I run into almost daily even after updating the software.

Adding swatch to Libraries automatically creates spot color
Adding a swatch from Illustrator into a Library automatically turns the color into a spot color. I need it to be a process color.

Illustrator 25.0 color not right
This is NOT an IDEA it's a bug.
Colours in the newest version of illustrator are wrong.
Attached is a screen grab of the file in 25.0 and work uploaded from the same file (previous version) on a web site. We've been through all this before with previous updates… why such shocking inconsistency with a professional product?!2 votes -
the color theme panel is not working
I use the MacBook Pro 13" , version 10.15.7.
the color theme panel is not working on illustrator alone. it works perfectly on photoshop. tried restarting the system too. No difference at all. it is just stuck at loading.

Image Washed Out When Uploaded to Illustrator
Whenever I upload an image, the color gets washed out and is completely different than the original image. Color Settings doesn't change anything, nor does changing the image type before uploading the image.

Transform pattern only: setting height/width to 0 crashes Illustrator
If you select "transform pattern only" option in Transform panel and (accidentally) set height or weight to 0 (mm in my case), then Illustrator crashes.

Problem deleting Spot Color
When I attempt to delete Pantone swatch for the swatch that's being used in my design, it should give us the warning to replace color just like InDesign. Instead, it just converts the color to CMYK without you even knowing which is a problem when you're trying to make sure you're only working with limited spot colors in the document. I remember getting warnings before like InDesign does... is this something new in the application? Could you please fix this issue?

Scale tool doesn't work in Make Pattern
The Scale tool currently does not do anything within pattern mode. Maybe this worked in previous versions, but would like to see all tools working within pattern mode on future updates
