    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 27.1.1 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

    When dragging artwork between open documents, you can have layer being locked in destination and AI says nothing about it.
    In fact, it offers to unlock it once after launch and then seem to never propose that again (I still don't get it).
    What bugs me — is that when you drag complex art, with a lot of effects, AI TRIES to copy it, hangs, spins, calculates — and then does nothing.

    I would like AI to
    1. Show warning BEFORE copying art and discover the destination layer is locked
    2. Show this warning always and not once, as now
