I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.2.3 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

WebP export support is added in illustrator 27.6.
There is no information yet about exporting other formats requested. Meanwhile, we can import / place HEIC/HEIF, WebP and AVIF already.

The choice of the type of a symbol is sticky in the latest version of Illustrator. If a user toggles it to Static, it remains Static when another symbol is created — and vice versa.

When the dynamic symbol instance is deformed, the result changes depending on the setting of "Scale Strokes & Effects", and Users switching this setting are confused.
Moreover, adding one anchor point to the master symbol will reset the appearance of the instances.Dynamic symbols are an interesting feature, but we need to be careful to use them.
The default should be the static.--------------------------------------------
ダイナミックシンボルのインスタンスを変形すると、「線幅・効果を拡大縮小」のチェックの有無によって結果がその都度変わります。設定を切り替えながら使っているユーザーほど混乱するでしょう。
さらに、マスターシンボルでアンカーポイントをひとつ追加しただけでも、配置済みのインスタンスのアピアランスは強制的にリセットされてしまいます。
ダイナミックシンボルは面白い機能ですが、使うには注意が必要です。シンボル作成時のデフォルトはスタティックであるべきです。hamko1114

I agree too.
Users can decide on artboards spacing only when creating a new document or rearranging artboards.
This is very inconvenient as I have to make settings each time adding new artboards.
I want to decide the default spacing myself.------------------------------

ユーザーがアートボードの間隔を決められるのは新しいドキュメントを作成するとき、またはアートボードを並べ替えるときだけです。
新しいアートボードを追加するたびに間隔の設定をしなければならないのはとても不便です。

私もカスタマイズ可能なプロパティパネルを希望します。
CS5 omachiさんのおっしゃっているように、テキストオブジェクトを選択しているのに、常に変形パネルが表示されている必要はありません。せめて、使わないパネルは畳めるようにしてほしいです。新しくなったツールパネルのように、自分が使う機能の表示・非表示、位置をカスタムできるのが一番良いと思いますが、難しいのでしょうか。以前からある「コントロール」パネルのように、表示・非表示を切り替えられるだけでも使い勝手はかなり変わると思います。

I agree with customizable "Property" panel.
As CS5 omachi says, although selecting text objects, I don't have to always see "Transform" panel displayed. At least, I hope I can collapse unused panels.It is best for the Mid-level users to customize the features in the panel as with new "Tool" panel, but is it difficult?
Easy to use just by switching the displayed features like "control" panel. -

I also need Heic(Heif) format support in Illustrator.
It's so bother to convert Heic to another formats, for placing drafts of illustration taken with iPhone.
