1)Kindly provide video ,Test Steps or File via File→Package with which you are still facing this issue and share with us at ShareWithAI@adobe.com in a Zip file. Please mention the title of this issue as the subject of the mail.Please remember to update graphic driver. We are also seeing cases where updating graphic card driver fixes the issue. You can update your driver via https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/illustrator-gpu-performance-driver-update.html .

START SCREEN works entirely with Cephtml logic. I think the problem here stems from this. Unless the same Start screen is integrated into the program with C++ (or whatever), that is, machine language, these problems will not end and will not end. They've had this Start Screen problem for years and they don't plan to solve it. See the picture for my theory.

We have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 22.1.

Maybe I'm completely wrong, I don't know (leave it as a theory), but please do not think that I am writing for the Solution. While there are thousands of people who don't even know about Userovice, I try to at least write about the problems I experience as much as I can. I just wrote it to highlight how a startup screen can cause a problem for a program. It happened to me in the past. I can't keep them all on record, can I?
