    What is the version you are on - 1.3?

    If it possible, attach a video of the exact problem you are running into.

  4. Cannot open Illustrator after updating to version 24.1.2. Windows 7 reports an error "missing VCRUNTIME140_1.dll". (The 24.1.1 is ok)
