Variable Fonts style order on Character pallete
When a variable font has an instance (that is not the first master) set as the default, it shows on top of the list and not in its right place. It should not move to the top of the list.

Type on path tool, cannot flip to inside the path

MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2019) macOS Big Sur v. 11.2.3, 32mg memory, 2.3GHz 8-core Intel Core i9, Radeon Pro 560X 4 GB Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB
Created a circle, attempting to use type on path tool, works find to place type outside circle, cannot drag the type inside the circle to be at the bottom. Shows there when I click and drag but when I release it places the text on the outside of the circle in a different location.

ADOBE FONTS NOT ACTIVATING W/ UPDATE!!
Orator fonts specifically are not loading which my entire company branding materials use. I need a resolution ASAP!!!

Textframe bugs out, and won't change color. Had to make new text boxes
Found a bug where a specific text box will NOT ovewrite the color of the text. I tried deleting paragraph styles, making new paragraph styles with different color, character styles and eyedropper tool. I can change weight, italics etc but the color would NOT change, despite the changes appearing in the appearance panels and other areas. Fixed by making new text boxes and moving the copy to those, but an annoying bug for sure.

25.2.1 Windows 10 - Occasionally No Fonts Load
I am not sure if this is a reproducible but on Windows 10 1909, since upgrading to Illustrator 25.2.1 will occasionally not load any fonts after opening. The font selection dropdown list is entirely blank and no system fonts or activated typekit fonts show. I have no issue with fonts in any other programs.

Kerning not working between first two characters of any word
No matter what I do, I can't adjust the kerning between the first two characters of any word in illustrator. The rest of the word can be spaced just fine, just not between the the first two letters. Please help, this is sort of an essential duty of this software.

TEXT TOOL NOT WORKING - WEIRD SHAPES APPEAR
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same issue remains
I create a text box and it looks like a barcode, kind of. I can't type anything. If I type, the weird barcode thing disappears and no works appear. If I type a lot of random characters and enlarge it and unselect the box it gets weirder, it just become a giant jagged blob. I can't explain it any better than that. Extremely annoying.

Incorrect display of Bangla (Bengali) sequence র্য
This sequence, which is described in detail in the Unicode Standard, involves a zero-width joiner character that should force display of the final form of the last letter. Margin or Adjustment Markers for Type on Path not showing
The margins or markers on the left and right side for adjusting the type showed up for a moment but then can't get them to reappear again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.
I was able to get the margins to show by starting a new document but after a while they disappear or stop working. Can this bug be looked into please thank you.

Type on Path Brackets Not Appearing
When using type on path tool (and then direct selection for realignment), the brackets to realign often don't appear regardless of how long you tediously go over the path trying to get the cursor to change. In the off chance we can get them to appear, often it isn't possible to drag the text fully to where it needs to be to go in place before the cursor jumps. This isn't happening in Photoshop, only Illustrator, which leads me to believe it is a bug.

Arabic / Hindi Diacritical Marks Editing Problem/Bug in Illustrator
HINDI / ARABIC SPEAKERS PLEASE HELP! Theres a huge problem or bug in illustrator i think... After I inputted the Diacritics (not full letters but symbols) for Arabic / Hindi (Devanagari) , I could not edit them. The type box for these Diacritical marks automatically disappear and can not change / edit / move them afterwards. Type disappears in latest update
Typing in a text box, all of a sudden it disappears even though all indications say it's there, the right point size, and has a fill color.

Just updated to Illustrator 24.3 and now installed font only has a few letters
I updated to the latest version of Illustrator (24.3) and opened a document I had created in a previous version. Most of my text was missing. I checked and the font was still available and activated. I deactivated and reactivated and that didn't help. When I click the text, it gives me the message that "This text was created in a different version of Illustrator. Editing the text may cause some changes to your text layout. Basic formatting will not be affected. Do you want to continue?" The font is PeachyKeenJF. Only a few letters/numbers actually show up. Clicking "Add to Dictionary" on the right-click context menu for spell check does not update red underline...
When adding a word to the spell-check dictionary using the right-click context menu, the underline remains under the word. Shouldn't that get removed after adding the word to the dictionary? It does not get removed from other instances of the word in the document either.

new update (24.2.3) brings back Thai language problem when creating outline
Thai font deleted or missing when create outline.
Most of the time it happens to few or last fonts of the line.NOTE: weird thing is when newly launch the app and open CC2020 file first, Create Outline works fine. But once I open another file which is legacy file eg. CS6, this issue suddenly happens. After that if I continue working on CC2020 file, this issue also happens on CC2020 file.

Cannot stop Auto Resize on Area Type box for large text areas
I do not want my text box to auto-resize. The "Auto-Resize" option fails on large text box areas. Auto-Resize is turned off in my preferences. I have large text box areas filled with type and whenever I need to make an adjustment to the type box it always automatically resizes. I have tried selecting the "fixed" options and those fail too. In the video attached you can see that large areas of text will automatically resize. However, on a smaller scale the Area Type box does not.

Copy paste text dont show ö,ü,ä,õ letters
If I copy "täpitähed" (or what else text where are those letters in) it gives messy text where isnt seen öüäõ letters at all. It worked nicely before.. but now sometime it have been like this messy paste. Can you please fix it!
