Escape Key and Arrows Not Working With Illustrator 2019

Several keys are not working as intended. The arrow keys do not work at all. The escape key also does not work in certain situations. When creating text, the escape key no longer works to exit out of editing the text.

    My arrow keys stopped working. I opened up a new file and they work. I go back to my other file and they don't work. This has happened with other files. The arrow keys stop working. Using Illustrator 2019

    Left, right, top and bottom arrows completely don't work on Illustrator CC 23.0.1.
    It's very annoying because you can't move any objects with the arrows and you can't use the arrows in combination with others keys.

    Please, solve it!

    I Have problem with the arrows. It doesnt work good, changes every time . Please solve this!!!!

    @Govind gupta The issue seems to have been fixed. It was a consistent issue right as the update came out, but it doesn't seem to be a problem anymore.

    The latest update (v 23.0) contains bugs everywhere. I can't be specific because it does what it wants. It's laggy and the tools change randomly.

    I cannot adjust the nudge about in the preferences. It only move one amount when I use arrow keys.

    The escape key also doesn't work either in some situations. When I'm creating text, the escape key no longer works to finish the text(If that makes any sense).

    The arrow keys don't work for me either.
