Libraries panel is empty, does not connect
I have had repeated issues with the libraries within Adobe CC connect. With signing out/signing in, closing and reopening the applications not working.

I apologize for the delay in responding to this matter. Regarding the issue of being unable to connect to the CC Library, is this problem still occurring?

regarding the inability to access the Library panel, so I would appreciate it if you could take a look at that as well.

CCライブラリに接続できない。その影響だと思うのですが、動作が重くて作業になりません。Creative Cloudのアンインストール、再インストール、アプリのアンインストール、再インストールなど試しましたが、改善されませんでした。

Libraries are no longer showing on a few accounts. Some have all, some have few, some have nothing but the created folders. If I open in PSD I might see them. If I see them, I currently have to export from one application and import into another. Please FIX!!

When i check my library it tells me to login to creative cloud, my illustrator is updated too

Did it work fine in the previous versions?
Have you tried to reset preferences (https://astutegraphics.com/support/tutorials-and-troubleshooting/resetting-illustrator-preferences)? — Yeah, I know, this feels like a dumb advice, but it works sometimes. -
