Transform panel W & H not constraining proportions and displaying wrong dimensions

When entering a value in the Width, with constrain proportions on, proportions are not constrained in Height. Height will then display some random height not associated with actual dimensions.9 votes -
GUI language problem in Properties Panel

And almost eeverything works fine.

Illustrator Scaling Maintain width and height not working

Illustrator Desktop 25.0.1If I want to scale not by proportion and have the link unselected. It still scales to proportion. I have to click the buttons a few time for it become "unstuck"

Drag to select Text in fields broken with update
In the properties panel we are no longer able to drag to select the text in text fields. Very frustrating. This doesn't seem to be an issue in other text fields throughout the UI, mainly the properties panel.

Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

Layer's not working - Bring Forward Not working
I have tried various ways to get this graphic to show OVERTOP of the blue box. At first I tried just the "object arrange bring to front" and after that didn't work for some reason, I just used the layer panel. As you can see... even having the head on the top later OVER the bottom layer... it still will not show upfront.
Using macOS Catalina version 10.15.6

Dimensions (globally) do not display accurately after recent update to v25.0.1 - CRITICAL ERROR
I'm experiencing a critical issue that has me halted on a current project. This occurred after recently updating Illustrator to 25.0.1. I've been working on a file with precise dimensions for all shapes and lines, and suddenly dimensions for all shapes and lines are globally incorrect (or are displaying as such). After typing in exact dimensions for creating a rectangle with the rectangle tool, a "10 mm x 10 mm" square becomes "10.1764 mm x 10.1764 mm". This is a critical error, and has halted me from continued work on my current project. Expedited help is greatly appreciated.

Illustrator 25.0 Locked objects get deleted
Hey, when selecting and deleting parts of an object the locked objects below also get changed.
Bug is not in Ill24.3, just the new one, also happened to colleague with Ill25.0

Height doesn't display correctly
Some artboards are 200px which is correct. Other's that are similar have a width of 200px and a height of +16k. When trying to manually correct the height, it get's visually smaller than 200px.

Toolbar missing on right hand side
My toolbar on the right hand side is missing. The drop down window at the top is also not working, it is stuck on Typography. I can't choose Essentials or reset.

Snap to...
Every time I open or create a new document the SNAP to PIXEL or SNAP to GRID is on... despite I turn it off. I just switched from mac to pc and have never had that issue. I believe its exclusively a pc issue in which there is nothing that remembers your last preference for various panel options outside of just this one. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE a solve cause its slowing me down. Thanks big time.

have to click the eye to view each and every layer on each artboard/layer that is hidden.It will HIDE ALL layers using pull down menu or keyboard shortcuts -- but IF I have manually clicked a few layers to hide them, and then want to turn ALL back on at once -- it won't SHOW all layers either way of using pull down > show all layers menu or using opt shift click or Cmd shift click or CMD click or any kind of keyboard shutcut.

Constraint not working properly in Properties
I'm using adobe illustrator cc 24.1.2 on Windows 10 v 1903, The constraint function in the properties tab is not working properly for me. When i press the constraint button, the height and width proportion should stay the same when i change one number, but it changes them to be slightly off. If i make a circle 500 x 500, constrain the dimensions, and change the height to 250, it changes the width to 249.499. It doesn't matter what numbers i use, it will always change the other dimension to be slightly off what it should be.

Horizontal and vertical paths have 0.0001pt height/width
Illustrator v24.1
macOS 10.15.4All strictly horizontal lines have 0.0001pt “H Value”, while all vertical lines have
0.0001 pt “W Value”. If I manually type 0 in these fields, it reverses back to 0.0001pt. Using up and down arrows does not set this value to zero either.

Bug: Properties Window - Transform Width & Height Increments Changed
When adjusting W: or H: values using arrow keys or middle mouse button scroll I expect to be able to increment by .125 inch values which has been the default for my time using AI. Now I increment by 1 inch by default, CTRL allows increments by .5 inches, and Shift increments by 8 inches! All of these are off by 8X from previous defaults.
I noticed this with the previous update.

Adobe Illustrator point location does not move when changing Y coordinates value by a hundredth.
Adobe Illustrator 2020 24.0.1 on Windows 10 x64 Version 10.0.18362
After giving an object a stroke of 5 and attempting to move a point in the bottom left corner, I discovered that it was not being consistent when being changed in the hundredths. When changing it, it appears to be the same as whatever position it was before. I expected the Y value 483.61 to put the location of the point somewhere in between the coordinates 483.6 and 483.611, but this is not the case.
