Illustrator locks down when a new file tab is clicked
- click file
- click new
- never opens new file window
- entire program freezes
same thing happens with keyboard shortcut

I am closing the ticket due to lack of response. Please contact Adobe support and we will be able to help you get this resolved if this is still an issue.

Same here. I can't "create new" or open a new document.

Same thing here except it opens the new window without any toolbars or anything and is completely un-responsive.
