Library Drop Down Fails (Creative Cloud not specific to Illustrator)
Drop down fails using Illustrator (or PS) and Creative Cloud Libraries.
Fix is to open Library window wider, or right-click.

Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.
My swatch color libraries will not load. It is asking me to install the Creative Cloud Application. I have it installed and open. Laptop has been restarted, signed out of all adobe programs. Please help!!!! I need my swatches.
Same here. I can launch all apps from Creative Cloud app, but none of the apps see the link to CC. Fonts & other links all work. Re-downloaded & installed CC.
This is happening to me now with the newest update as of today.
This happens to me too though not very often. This last time the CC Libraries got stuck like this after Illustrator (v22 on Mac) quit (unknown cause). After I reopened it, the CC Libraries was stuck on one library and would not change to another library. I tried restarting the application, restarting the computer, even creating a new library (this worked but again would not switch to another library).
From the post above I tried making the panel wider (didn't work) and right-clicking on the library dropdown (that worked).
This keeps happening. Please fix. Thank you.
