The steps you were taking when you experienced the issues: anytime I use fonts
Your expected result: I expected that fonts will preview correctly
Your actual result: I've attached an image. First text is with a type, second is after I use create outlines.

Hi,
A similar issue related to Windows Intel HD Graphics Card has been reported. I would suggest you to upgrade its driver. For that kindly visit: https://downloadcenter.intel.com ans instead of choosing the option for automatically update your drivers, type your GPU card name in search bar. If there is any problem in updating , kindly write to sharewithai@adobe.com. Sometimes an error of driver being not compatible can come up. A hack would be to uninstall existing driver and then install the downloaded driver.
