Style Menu in Warp Options panel not opening.
CC2018 in OSX.11
When I click on OBJECT/ENVELOPE DISTORT/MAKE WITH WARP when an object is selected I cannot open the STYLE menu in the WARP OPTIONS box. I click on the menu and only ARC is available, menu does not open.

Edit: Problem is with my dual monitor setup. But I need both monitors to do my job.
